"Nella notte buia, solo i densi respiri di gente e di bestie brillano di luna.
Un fuoco ormai spento che sfrigola ed esala fitte volute di fumo.
Nel silenzio si sorseggia una densa pozione di natura e antiche credenze.
Le ombre della foresta sottendono sentieri inesplorati che esigono intenzione.
Tutto è quiete, ma nel profondo tutto pulsa, fra il mistero e la meraviglia.
Una strana creatura, oscura e angelica, compagna di via."

 

Mistici Sentieri affonda le sue radici nella memoria profonda, nato dal pensiero intimo di un mio avo di origine zingara. Mi sono immaginato una carovana, ormai ferma e silenziosa, al limitare di una foresta sconosciuta e impenetrabile. La notte è ormai inoltrata, l'aria è gelida e l'antico falò si sta lentamente spegnendo. In questo istante sospeso, le note fumose e calde delle braci morenti si mescolano all'odore primordiale della terra e delle piante bagnate di umidità.

Nell’aria si percepiscono i sentori selvatici dei carri in cuoio ingrassato, mentre nel buio si sorseggia un infuso arcaico estratto da spezie ed erbe , dove lo zafferano incontra il pepe pungente e il mistero del papavero. Questo viaggio non è solo fisico: richiede di entrare in contatto con la nostra parte più oscura. Lo sconosciuto non è solo fuori, ma abita dentro di noi. Solo riconoscendo questo “monstrum” mistico fatto di luci e ombre che alberga nel profondo, come i densi sentori di storace, patchouli e betulla fumé, si può trovare la forza di compiere un altro nuovo passo, deciso e consapevole, sul nostro sentiero.

Mistici Sentieri roots itself in deep memory, born from the intimate thought of my ancestor of Romani origin. I imagined a caravan, now still and silent, at the edge of an unknown and impenetrable forest. It is now late at night, the air is freezing, and the ancient bonfire is slowly dying out. In this suspended moment, the smoky, warm notes of the fading embers blend with the primordial scent of the earth and damp plants.

In the air, the wild scents of grease-stained leather wagons can be perceived, while in the darkness, an archaic infusion extracted from spices and herbs is sipped, where saffron meets pungent pepper and the mystery of the poppy. This journey is not merely physical: it requires us to connect with our darkest side. The unknown is not only outside, but dwells within us. Only by recognizing this mystical “monstrum” made of lights and shadows that harbors in our depths—just like the dense scents of storax, patchouli, and smoky birch—can one find the strength to take another new, decisive, and mindful step upon our path.
